Artist: ~yakumoSoul , story: Mana-chan , music: "Cornwall farm" by Michael Siemon, under royalty free license from newgrounds.com This is a brief anime sequence based on the first scenes from the "Cookie Cats" manga miniseries published in Howling Riot Volume 1 and Howling Riot Volume 2 (2x 6 pages). This animation took 2 weeks to make and is a combination of traditional animation and flash. The hair and position movement were animated with Macromedia Flash, the close-ups were drawn on A4 paper, and the full motion parts (walking animations, tail, etc) were hand-animated with the aid of Animation Pads. © 2008 Howling Riot. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
